Topological Signal Processing With Unoriented Operators
An unoriented TSP (UTSP) framework that replaces oriented boundaries with unoriented incidence matrices is studied, and it is shown that unoriented incidence and Laplacian matrices between arbitrary simplicial levels admit graph-like spectral properties.
