Editorial Comment: Preserving the Pulmonary Valve in Tetralogy of Fallot: Toward Better Long-Term Outcomes

The findings provide an important physiological message: when adequate relief of RVOT obstruction can be achieved without sacrificing the native pulmonary valve, preserving valve competence may contribute to more favorable early right ventricular haemodynamics.
