70 Lymphocyte Hsp70 is a Novel Predictive Biomarker for Response to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors in Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma

A scRNA-seq atlas of tumors from metastatic RCC found a novel factor, Hsp70, that in lymphocytes strongly predicts response and greatly extended PFS after ICI, indicating that Hsp70 expression in lymphocytes predicts response to ICI across timepoints and cohorts.

43 DSG2 and NPNT are Elevated in the Plasma of Metastatic Chromophobe RCC and are Associated with Poorer Overall Survival

Abstract Background Chromophobe renal cell carcinoma (ChRCC) is traditionally defined by its unique metabolic reprogramming, including an increase in mitochondrial mass. The mitochondrial plasma proteome of metastatic ChRCC has been recently reported (Steiner et al. Cancers 2026), and we defined a two-protein signature...

VisInteract: Towards Dynamic Interactive Text-to-Visualization under Imperfect Queries

A new paradigm that reframes Text-to-Vis as interaction-driven intent recovery, and the first benchmark for dynamic interactive Text-to-Vis, featuring controlled imperfection injection, a leakage-controlled User Agent for realistic multi-turn feedback, and dual-perspective (code and chart) automated evaluation are intr...

8 Single Cell Transcriptomic Investigation of Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) Reveals Tissue Resident Memory Exhausted CD8+ T Cell Signature Associated with Resistance to Immune Checkpoint Inhibition (ICI)

A tissue residency gene program in Tex cells associated with non-response to immunotherapy was identified and nominates resident memory exhausted CD8+ T cells as a targetable subset of cells to improve CD8+ T cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity.

51 Discovery of Exhausted CD8+ T-cell States Associated with Clinical Outcomes in Renal Cell Carcinoma

It is found that baseline tumor infiltration by exhausted T cells with a resident memory phenotype (Tex-rm) is significantly associated with worse PFS in advanced RCC patients receiving ICI monotherapy or ICI+TKI combination therapy.
