Motoric cognitive risk syndrome (MCR) is a predementia condition that predicts multiple adverse health outcomes. Age‐friendly environments (AFE) represent a key strategy for promoting healthy aging and may reduce MCR risk. However, little is known about the association between AFE status and MCR risk.
Sensory impairment and accelerated GrimAgeAccel jointly identified older adults at elevated risk of subsequent functional decline and mortality, which support a risk-stratification framework integrating clinically accessible sensory assessment with DNAm-based biological ageing measures.
Chronic OP exposure, reflected by these indirect urinary biomarkers, is associated with increased mortality, with heightened vulnerability in younger adults, and underscore the need for stricter pesticide regulation and targeted public health interventions.
