LongMedBench: Benchmarking Medical Agents for Long-Horizon Clinical Decision-Making

This work introduces LongMedBench, a real-world EHR-based benchmark for long-horizon clinical decision-making, and proposes an evaluation taxonomy with three suites: fact-based QA, temporal reasoning, and long-horizon decision-making.
