Integrated dual transcriptome sequencing and experimental validation reveal potential mechanisms of baicalin against pneumocystis pneumonia in immunosuppressed rats

Dual RNA-seq revealed that baicalin exerts anti-PCP activity through coordinated modulation of host and pathogen molecular networks and support Ba as a potential therapeutic candidate for PCP.
