From efficiency to survival: the resilience value of artificial intelligence
It is shown that AI adoption can strengthen firms’ capacity to withstand and adapt to external shocks, and is stronger in regions with higher human capital, in firms led by CEOs with IT backgrounds, and among state-owned enterprises.
