Coixol attenuates Ulcerative Colitis by modulating the ILC3 response via the Wnt/β-catenin pathway.

The results provide a modern scientific foundation for the traditional medicinal use of Coicis Semen and highlight the Axin1 and ILC3 module as a viable target for treating UC.

IGF2BP1 promotes gastric cancer progression by stabilizing HS6ST2 mRNA in an N6-methyladenosine-dependent manner

It is demonstrated that IGF2BP1 drives GC progression by stabilizing HS6ST2 mRNA via m6A modification and the IGF2BP1/HS6ST2 axis may serve as a potential prognostic biomarker and therapeutic intervention for GC.
