LAR, cold and clammy skin, aspartate aminotransferase, C-reactive protein, and left ventricular ejection fraction emerged as independent predictors of in-hospital mortality in AMI-CS patients and the proposed nomogram may support faster decision-making and bedside risk evaluation.
