The value of anti-Mullerian hormone for diagnosing polycystic ovary syndrome in adolescents: a case-control study based on an epidemiological survey

Serum AMH is closely correlated with two core diagnostic manifestations of adolescent PCOS: ovulatory dysfunction and biochemical hyperandrogenemia, and can only serve as an adjunctive auxiliary biomarker rather than an independent diagnostic or screening tool for adolescent PCOS.
