Integrating Network Pharmacology and Metabolomics to Elucidate the Mechanism of Allopurinol in Hyperuricemia Treatment.

The integrated results indicated that allopurinol treats hyperuricemia not only by modulating purine metabolism but also potentially through influencing oxidative stress and apoptosis-related pathways.
