CTCF aligns single-cell TAD-like domain boundaries and stabilizes long-range active chromatin clusters

It is suggested that CTCF contributes to the coordinated regulation of chromatin organization and transcriptional capacity and is associated with stabilization of long-range active chromatin clusters.
