FLM: Frequency-Aware Language Models for Generative Image Compression

FLM is a frequency-aware language model that improves compression efficiency through frequency-domain probabilistic modeling while retaining deterministic reconstruction and is validated to be applicable to the lossless recompression task with competitive performance.
