We develop a perturbative response calculus for spectral problems obtained by changing the speed measure of a fixed symmetric energy form in a Gaussian environment. If Cameron--Martin translation acts by $\mu_{x+f}=e^{\kappa f}\mu_x$, unitary transport identifies the varying $L^2$ spaces and produces a common-domain analytic family. For a positive eigenvalue $\Lambda$, the first-order operator is $-\kappa\Lambda$ times the compression of multiplication by $f$ to the $\Lambda$-eigenspace; its eigenvalues are the derivatives of the analytic branches issuing from $\Lambda$. A countable separation condition and finite-dimensional Gaussian disintegration then give almost-sure simplicity; a response-transversality condition and the inverse function theorem give joint densities for all finite vectors of positive ordered eigenvalues. We verify these hypotheses for every $0<\gamma<2$ in two models: Dirichlet Liouville Brownian motion on an arbitrary bounded connected planar domain, and the Liouville--Cauchy operator on the circle. In the first model the whole spectrum is almost surely simple; in the second the constants form the deterministic zero mode and the positive spectrum is almost surely simple. Transversality follows from a local eigenfunction-square identity in the Brownian case and its nonlocal jump-form analogue in the Cauchy case.
We study one-dimensional Jacobi operators of divergence-gradient type on $\ell^2(\mathbb{Z}_{\geq 0})$, with coefficients generated by the doubling map, $a_n(x)=a(2^n x \mathrm{mod} 1)$. For continuous positive sampling functions, we show that the almost-sure essential spectrum is an interval containing the bottom of t...
We study Gaussian fluctuations of differential observables of centered stationary random fields on the discrete $d$-dimensional torus of mesh $1/N$. Our main result is a Central Limit Theorem for the fields $f\mapsto N^{-d/2-m}\sum_x\phi_x^N(Pf)(x/N)$, where $P$ is a scalar homogeneous constant-coefficient differential...
We develop a perturbative KAM reducibility theory for one-frequency $\mathrm{SL}(2,\mathbb{R})$ cocycles based on an admissible Fourier length $\ell$. The regularity relevant to the iteration is measured by positive adapted Fourier width rather than ordinary smoothness in the Euclidean length $|n|$. The same length gov...
We study a family of operators $T_\alpha$, $\alpha>1$, on Hilbertian Bergman spaces of Dirichlet series. In the natural orthonormal basis, these operators are represented by weighted multiplicative Hilbert matrices involving the generalized divisor coefficients $d_\alpha$. We determine their spectral type. The essentia...
We establish interior maximal $L^{q_c}$-regularity for bounded strong solutions of $u_t-\Delta u+|Du|^\gamma=f$ in $\mathbb{T}^d\times(0,T)$, where $d\geq 2$, $\gamma>2$, and $q_c=(d+2)(\gamma-1)/\gamma$. The estimates are uniform for uniformly bounded families of solutions whose source terms range over a bounded, unif...
Let $\Omega\subset\mathbb R^2$ be a bounded smooth domain. We prove that the weak Dirichlet-to-Neumann map for $-\Delta+V$ uniquely determines every complex-valued potential $V\in L^p(\Omega)$, $p>1$, provided that zero is not a Dirichlet eigenvalue. This extends the previously known range $p>4/3$ to all $p>1$. The pro...
