TL;DR

The CRELD2-centered TLS-associated immune-inflammatory conceptual axis is pointed out, linking CRELD2 expression, endothelial/B-cell cellular contexts, B-cell-related immune infiltration, TLS-associated spatial localization, and recurrent TNFA/NFκB pathway enrichment via multi-omics and supporting it as a candidate therapeutic biomarker in ccRCC for further functional investigations.

Association of PON2 and Its S311C Substitution with Tumor Progression and Its Significance as an Immune-Associated Prognostic Indicator in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

Background: Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC), the predominant histological subtype of kidney malignancies, is characterized by metabolic dysregulation and therapeutic resistance. Although the intracellular antioxidant paraoxonase 2 (PON2) is frequently dysregulated across multiple cancers, its biological role in...

Integrative multi-omics characterization of KLRB1/CD161 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: associations with immune context, subtype biology, and therapeutic response

Background The tumor immune microenvironment (TME) of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) displays pronounced heterogeneity, and existing immunotherapeutic approaches achieve only suboptimal outcomes for a considerable proportion of affected individuals. CD161—a C-type lectin receptor whose coding gene is KLRB1—has l...

Integrative multi-omics analysis identifies CCDC69 as a marker associated with germinal center B-cell infiltration in TNBC: development and validation

Although coiled-coil domain containing 69 (CCDC69) has been implicated in tumor biology, its role in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and immune regulation remains unclear. Bulk transcriptomic data, single-cell RNA sequencing datasets, and spatial transcriptomics were used to investigate the role of CCDC69 in TNBC....

Pan-cancer and experimental analyses reveal TTC39B as a suppressor of cell proliferation in clear cell renal cell carcinoma

Tetratricopeptide repeat domain protein 39B (TTC39B) is a lipid metabolism–related gene recently implicated in cholesterol regulation. However, its clinical and biological relevance in human cancers remains undefined. Based on multi-omics data from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) pan-cancer dataset represen...

SLC7A11 as a Prognostic Biomarker and Therapeutic Target in Renal Cell Carcinoma: Insights into Tumor Microenvironment Remodeling and Immune Infiltration.

INTRODUCTION SLC7A11 is part of the solute carrier family and encodes the transporter xCT. However, its functional role in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) progression and associated tumor microenvironment (TME) modulation remains poorly characterized and requires further investigation. This study aimed to explore SLC7A11 ex...

Multi-omics analysis reveals ANAPC1 overexpression and a potential TEAD4-associated regulatory relationship in cholangiocarcinoma

Cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL) is a highly heterogeneous and aggressive malignancy that is frequently diagnosed at an advanced stage because of the lack of early biomarkers, resulting in a poor prognosis. Although ANAPC1 overexpression has been reported in other cancers, its role and regulatory mechanisms in CHOL rema...
