Abstract
The rapid advancement of information technology has driven educational institutions to improve the quality of their information services. MTs Sambong Jaya faces challenges in delivering academic information due to its inactive website, resulting in limited accessibility for students and the community. This study aims to develop a madrasah profile website integrated with a rule-based chatbot to enhance the effectiveness of academic information services. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method based on the Borg and Gall model, including needs analysis, planning, development, validation, testing, and evaluation stages. The chatbot was designed using predefined question–answer patterns to provide automated responses to user inquiries. The evaluation results show that expert validation achieved a score of 90% (Very Feasible), Blackbox Testing indicated a 100% success rate for all system functions, and user responses reached 81.71% (Very Good). These findings indicate that the developed system is functional, user-friendly, and capable of improving access to academic information.
Property information services at Griya Alam Mandiri currently rely on manual WhatsApp interactions during working hours, often leading to delayed responses for prospective buyers. This study aims to implement a Natural Language Processing (NLP) based chatbot using the IndoBERT model on the housing website to automate 24/7 customer service. The methodology involves extracting 3,082 training data samples augmented with typos and informal language, model fine-tuning, and benchmarking against comparative architectures. The evaluation results show that the IndoBERT Base model highly excels in intent classification with an accuracy of 95.85% and an F1-Score of 95.87%, outperforming Indonesian RoBERTa, IndoBERTweet, and XLM-RoBERTa. This system was successfully integrated into a Client-Server architecture connecting a React interface and a FastAPI backend. The final evaluation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 50 respondents achieved an overall feasibility percentage of 82.50% (Very Satisfied). In conclusion, the IndoBERT chatbot is proven effective in improving the speed of real-time information services and successfully reduces administrative workloads. Future research suggestions include integrating Large Language Models (LLM) with the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) method to generate more dynamic responses.
The improvement of technology has impacted significant changes to education, including mathematics learning, which often gives challenges, such as limited interaction and low student interest to learn. Advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) have created new way to improve learning effectiveness. Therefore, this study focused on the development of an Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) based on a chatbot incorporated into a web to support higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). The ITS used the pre-trained GPT-3.5 Turbo model to provide students with relevant, interactive responses. This study aimed to create more engaging, personalized, and effective learning media to help students understand mathematical concepts. The analysis used a Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. During the process, the subjects of the media trial were 24 junior high school students and five teachers from SMPN 6 Kota Bima. The results showed that the developed web-based ITS had 89% validity level, 84.42% practicality, and a media effectiveness of 70.83%. The values signified that the media was considered valid, practical, and effective. This shows that this chatbot has the potential to be an innovative solution to improve HOTS.

This study was motivated by the low learning motivation and engagement of sixth-grade students at SDN Sumberejo III in Natural and Social Sciences learning, which tended to be monotonous. It aimed to develop Google Sites-based learning media integrated with an Interactive Flat Panel to create a more interactive learning environment. This study used a Research and Development approach with the ADDIE model. Data were collected using validation sheets, learning engagement observation sheets, learning motivation questionnaires, tests, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the integrated media. The validation result reached 95%, categorized as very valid. Practicality reached 80%, categorized as very practical. The media was also effective, as indicated by an N-gain score of 0.71 and an average student learning motivation score of 87%, categorized as good. These findings indicate that Google Sites media integrated with an Interactive Flat Panel is feasible for improving the motivation and learning engagement of sixth-grade students in Natural and Social Sciences learning.

The development of information technology requires educational institutions to adapt, including in terms of information dissemination and communication. SMK Negeri 1 Siempat Rube does not yet have an official digital platform; therefore, the delivery of information is still carried out manually and is inefficient. This study aims to design and develop a school website as a digital solution. The development method uses the Waterfall model, with stages consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, and runs in the XAMPP environment. The main features include school profile, news, gallery, activity information, and contact page. Testing is conducted using the black-box method and evaluated through user questionnaires. The results show that the website is responsive, easy to use, and effective in supporting communication and information dissemination. The implementation of this website is expected to improve information management efficiency, transparency, and the image of SMK Negeri 1 Siempat Rube as a school that is adaptive to technological developments.
