We study the microscopic spectrum at the origin of ratios of independent complex Girko matrices. Under bounded-density and finite-moment assumptions, together with circular second-moment matching, we prove compact-uniform convergence of the normalized determinants to a random entire function constructed from the complex hard edge and an independent Ginibre array. The zero divisor of this limiting determinant field has the law of the infinite complex Ginibre process. Consequently, the first finitely many smallest and largest eigenvalue moduli, the inner and outer spectral radii, and eigenvalue counts in fixed bounded sets have universal limits depending only on the second moments. This answers the second-moment question posed by Chafa\"i, Garc\'ia-Zelada, and Xu for the spectral radii. We also obtain a multivariate determinant field for finitely many perturbation directions and prove the uniform hard-edge comparison needed to extend the conclusions to triangular arrays of atom laws.
We prove a strong-universality theorem at the exact fourth-moment threshold for finite families of non-Hermitian random matrices assembled from independent unordered-pair vector atoms. Within one atom, the matrix colors and the two endpoint orientations may have arbitrary joint real covariance, subject to reversal cons...
We consider the adjacency matrix of a uniformly random simple $d$-regular graph on $N$ vertices. For every fixed $d\geq3$ and every fixed bulk energy, we prove that the rescaled eigenvalue point process converges to the $\mathrm{Sine}_1$ process with intensity $1/\pi$. We also establish universality of consecutive gaps...
We study the annealed complexity of Gaussian random homogeneous polynomials on the (N−1)-dimensional unit sphere in the presence of deterministic perturbations depending on fixed orthonormal vectors and external parameters. We derive variational formulas for the exponential asymptotics of the average number of total cr...

The spectral sample and pivotal set of a percolation crossing have the same one- and two-coordinate inclusion probabilities under the uniform product measure. We prove that both Shannon entropies are comparable to total influence for critical square-lattice bond and triangular-lattice site crossings, with matching esti...
We establish the large-$n$ asymptotics of Hankel determinants for unitary random matrix ensembles possessing a higher-order edge singularity. We focus on ensembles where the equilibrium measure is supported on a single interval and the limiting eigenvalue density vanishes to order $2k+\frac{1}{2}$ for $k \in \mathbb{N}...
Fix the spectrum of a bipartite density matrix and randomize its eigenbasis according to Haar measure. We study the probability distributions induced on the spectra of the two marginal states. For arbitrary subsystem dimensions $m$ and $n$, the joint characteristic function of the reduced density matrices is expressed...
