Abstract
The management of research and community service activities (Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PPM) at Universitas Asa Indonesia (ASAINDO) has been conducted manually through email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel, resulting in administrative inefficiency, data fragmentation, and considerable difficulties in monitoring and reporting. This community service program aims to design, develop, and implement a web-based Research and Community Service Information System (SIMLITASA) as an integrated solution to address these challenges. A prototyping approach was employed, encompassing four sequential phases: system analysis and design, system development, implementation and training, and monitoring and evaluation. SIMLITASA was developed using the PHP Laravel framework with a MySQL database and incorporates five core modules: online proposal submission, review management, monitoring dashboard, digital output repository, and automated reporting. The results of the PkM activities demonstrated that training participants were able to operate SIMLITASA independently. Implementation of this system is expected to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of PPM governance at Universitas Asa Indonesia.
The documentation process for community service activities is often not centralized and not well-published, resulting in activity information not being systematically organized and difficult to access by both internal parties and the wider community. This study developed a web-based community service activity portfolio application with a case study at Nurul Fikri College of Technology. The system development process applied the Extreme Programming (XP) method, consisting of planning, design, coding, and testing stages. The application was built using the Laravel framework with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) approach and supported by MySQL as the database management system. The results of the study indicate that the community service activity portfolio web application was successfully developed and is able to assist the documentation, management, and publication of activities in a more structured manner. The application provides various features, such as managing activity portfolios, services, partners, expertise, submissions, activity documentation, and managing other supporting data. Based on the results of testing using the Black Box User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method, all features in the system successfully implemented according to their expected functions and user requirements.

The rapid development of information technology in the era of digital transformation has significantly changed various aspects of organizational operations. PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo, a company engaged in information technology services and customer service management, faces challenges in managing customer tickets that are still carried out manually, resulting in data recording delays, duplication, and lack of transparency in ticket resolution status. This research aims to analyze existing system problems, design and build a web-based customer ticket information system using the Prototype method, and evaluate system quality based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. The research used a mixed-method approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. System development used the Prototype method which includes planning, design, development, testing, and iteration stages. The system was modeled using UML, including use case, activity, sequence, and class diagrams. Quality testing using ISO/IEC 25010 covers aspects of Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Reliability, Security, Compatibility, maintainability, and Portability. The results show that the developed system is able to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of customer ticket management, provide real-time monitoring, and produce service reports automatically. Quality evaluation results indicate that the system meets user needs and is feasible to implement in the company.

Manual management of facilities and inventory often leads to difficulties in data retrieval, reporting, and determining asset maintenance priorities. This issue is experienced by the Bandasari Village Office, Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency, which lacks an integrated inventory management system. This study aims to develop a web-based Facilities and Inventory Management Information System by implementing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to support asset maintenance prioritization. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) approach, consisting of problem identification, data collection, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with MySQL as the database management system. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system features met user requirements. The results indicate that the developed system successfully integrates inventory management, procurement, maintenance, asset transfers, and reporting into a single web-based platform. Furthermore, the implementation of the SAW method generates objective maintenance priority rankings, enabling more effective and transparent decision-making. Black Box Testing confirmed that all core system functions operated as intended without significant errors. Therefore, the proposed system improves the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of facilities and inventory management at the Bandasari Village Office while supporting more systematic and data-driven asset maintenance decisions.
Effective digital archive management is a key factor in supporting the administrative efficiency of government agencies. Balai Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) di Jambi, as a regional technical implementation unit of the National Agency of Drug and Food Control, faces operational challenges related to financial document retrieval that relies on manual, non-centralized processes. This research aims to implement a financial archive system based on Google Sites as an innovation in digitizing administrative management at BPOM di Jambi. The research employed a descriptive method with an implementation approach, encompassing observation, system design, development, functional testing using the black-box testing method, and evaluation. The results indicate that the Google Sites-based financial archive system successfully provides centralized navigation menus for various financial document categories, including Uang Persediaan (UP), Langsung (LS), Bendahara Pengeluaran (BP), SPP, SPM, SP2D, and SK Tim Keuangan, all integrated directly with structured Google Drive folders. Black-box testing confirmed that all navigational features functioned without errors. The implementation of this system significantly accelerated the financial document retrieval process compared to conventional methods, reduced dependence on manual administration, and improved transparency of financial information within the organization. This study demonstrates that no-code platforms such as Google Sites can serve as an effective and low-cost solution for digital transformation of administrative management in government agencies at the regional level.
