Integrative analysis and experiment validation of SLC12A8 as a biomarker for the malignant transition from endometriosis to endometriosis associated ovarian cancer
In‑vitro experiments demonstrated that SLC12A8 modulates proliferation, invasion, and migration in both EM and EAOC cell lines, and support SLC12A8 as a candidate functional mediation and potential biomarker linked to EM‑EAOC pathological progression, thereby extending the mechanistic understanding of these disorders.
Integrated transcriptomic analysis identified S100P as a biomarker associated with IBD, CRC, and PAAD and highlighted shared immune-related features across these diseases.

Evidence is provided that systemic immune-metabolic dysregulation is associated with EM and support further evaluation of blood-based biomarker strategies for non-invasive detection, however, these findings are based on a single-center cohort and require validation in independent populations and targeted assays.

Findings indicate that KLF2 may serve as a prognostic and potential therapeutic target related to ferroptosis in serous ovarian cancer, warranting further investigation.
Background: Infertility is a highly significant problem in women with severe endometriosis and the molecular characteristics of infertile versus fertile women with advanced endometriosis have not been fully characterized. Methods: We reanalyzed the whole normalized Series Matrix (36 secretory-phase endometrial samples;...

Investigation of MS-related prognostic genes and their potential biological relevance in CRC progression finds potential clues for future studies of CRC prognosis and MS-related tumor biology.
The findings highlight the methodological challenges in endometriosis biospecimen research and support the need for rigorous histological validation, spatially resolved approaches, and multi‐modal analysis to improve the reliability and reproducibility of tissue‐based studies in endometriosis.
