Abstract
This paper proposes a fully distributed event‐triggered control strategy for nonlinear multi‐agent systems (MASs) that is resilient to distributed sequential scaling (DSS) attacks. A key innovation is the integration of fractional‐order super‐twisting sliding mode control (FOSTSMC). This approach significantly reduces the communication load via an event‐triggered mechanism and operates without needing global information. The FOSTSMC enhances control precision and effectively mitigates the chattering problem typical of conventional sliding mode control. A generic DSS attack model is analyzed, and the consensus problem under such attacks is investigated. The proposed FOSTSMC‐based protocol is shown to achieve asymptotic consensus resilient to these attacks. Lyapunov stability theory rigorously proves the system's asymptotic stability and excludes Zeno behavior. Comparative simulations under various multi‐channel attacks confirm the framework's efficacy and superiority, demonstrating that asymptotic stability is maintained while communication resources are conserved.
In this article, the secure consensus problem for networked multi‐agent systems (MASs) under distributed denial of service (DoS) attacks is investigated. Unlike most existing approaches, which consider DoS attacks launched simultaneously or periodically across communication channels, we propose a more general and sev...
