The structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to define the relationships between the latent variables (those of proposed barrier factors and the lack of knowledge sharing behavior) and the observed variables (indicators represented to each latent variables). Lisrel8.80 was used to evaluate the model.   The results of this study showed that the latent variable the lack of knowledge sharing behavior had 83% of its variance predicted (R2 = 0.83), with 17% unexplained error variances, due random or systematic error, and variables not in the model. The t-values for the structural equation coefficients of individual barrier factor (2.21), organizational barrier factor (2.51), and technological barrier factor (2,06) are more than t = 1.96, all factors at the 0.05 level of significance affected the lack of knowledge sharing behavior.
