Abstract
Replication package for Phase 3 of the EvoLLM project: a tournament between 572 strategy identities written by eight large language models (iterated prisoner's dilemma, 1,000 rounds, no noise), registered on OSF (https://osf.io/2nzdh) before execution. It contains the frozen protocol commit 18cb41744f3f1e66fe711aad09697980476c2498, the 665 confirmatory batch receipts (166,172 computed encounters, 2,622,048 scenario-level records, no errors), the registered H7 analysis and its outputs, the eligibility and conversion-fidelity record, and post hoc analyses that are explicitly not preregistered (behavioural characterisation against a probe panel, re-examination of the 1,800 historical Phase 1/2 programs, decomposition of H7). See phase3/REPLICATION.md. The repository is a fork of willis-richard/evollm (Willis et al., arXiv:2501.16173). Earlier versions of this record contain the Phase 1 (arXiv:2605.29874) and Phase 2 (arXiv:2608.10262) replication packages.
The results are packaged in the Greenfield Startup Model (GSM), which explains the priority of startups to release the product as quickly as possible, and the need to shorten time-to-market, by speeding up the development through low-precision engineering activities.

The findings show that speed related agile practices are used to a greater extent in comparison to quality practices, and that software startups who adopt the Lean Startup approach do not sacrifice quality for speed more than other startups do.
