DEVELOPMENT OF THEORETICAL PROVISIONS FOR SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AS DYNAMIC INTERORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to develop theoretical frameworks for supply chain management as dynamic interorganizational systems and to justify the expansion of basic management categories as applied to sustainable development objectives. The methodological framework is based on systems, process, evolutionary, and comparative approaches, as well as an analysis of scientific concepts of supply chain management, sustainability, resilience, interorganizational coordination, and the circular economy. It is established that a modern supply chain cannot be adequately represented as a linear set of logistics operations. It is an open, dynamic system comprising legally independent participants, end-to-end business processes, forward and reverse flows, contractual relationships, and mechanisms for resource allocation, risk, and results. The article provides a rationale for expanding the management object, which, unlike traditional approaches, includes processes of adaptation, recovery, and reconfiguration, environmental and social impacts, as well as the life cycle of value creation and restoration. A conceptual architecture of a supply chain sustainable development management system is proposed, the main difference of which from similar studies is the integrated approach, which involves the connection of an object, a distributed subject, a goal, principles, functions, processes, coordination mechanisms, indicators, feedback and adaptive impact.
