Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the role of Adaptive Capability in mediating the influence of three dimensions of Muttaqin Intellectual Entrepreneurial Leadership, consisting of Muttaqin Innovative Open Leadership (MIOL), Muttaqin Critical Risk Oriented Leadership (MCROL), and Muttaqin Proactive Learning Leadership (MPLL), on Sustainable Organizational Performance. This study uses a causal design and a quantitative approach, employing an explanatory research method. Primary data were collected through the distribution of electronic-based questionnaires (Google Form). Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique, yielding 300 leaders, directors, chairmen, or managers of Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) units in East Java Province, Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS 20.0. The results of this study found that Adaptive Capability has a significant positive effect on Sustainability Organizational Performance and acts as a partial mediator. The dimensions of MIOL, MCROL, and MPLL have been shown to have a positive and significant influence on adaptive capability and sustainable organizational performance. MIOL had the largest total influence contribution and was the dominant factor. The results of the determination coefficient test showed R2 values of 54.3% for Adaptive Capability and 80.9% for Sustainability Organizational Performance.
