Abstract
This study examines the influence of virtual learning environments on digital learning satisfaction among Generation Z students in higher education. The research employed a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional survey involving 320 undergraduate students from several Indonesian universities implementing online and hybrid learning systems. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis to evaluate the influence of system usability, interaction quality, and learning engagement on digital learning satisfaction. The findings reveal that all variables significantly influence students’ satisfaction, with system usability emerging as the strongest predictor. The study demonstrates that accessible platforms, effective communication, and active student participation are essential components of satisfying digital learning experiences. The findings contribute theoretically to digital learning literature and practically provide strategic insights for universities in designing more adaptive, interactive, and student-centered virtual learning environments.
The rapid integration of emerging educational technologies has transformed school learning environments by creating interactive, personalized, and student-centered learning experiences. The present study explored the perceptions of students regarding emerging technologies and its effect on engagement, motivation, satisfaction and learning experiences in private schools of Karachi. The design of the study was quantitative cross sectional with 210 students who were taken as samples using the convenience sampling technique. Data were collected by using a structured questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS which consisted of descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation, t-test and regression analysis. The results indicated positive attitudes among students with regard to the use of various educational technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, simulations, and gamification. There were significant positive relationships between technology perception, engagement, motivation and learning experiences. Technology satisfaction was the most significant predictor of better learning experiences. The study highlights the importance of meaningful, student-centered technology integration in improving educational practices.

Digital learning is one of the most important aspects of today’s schooling. Technology has changed the conventional method teaching is made in classrooms and has opened new pathways for students to participate, communicate and enhance their learning. This paper looks at the link between student motivation and digital learning in the 21st century classroom. It shows the benefits of digital technology such as customized learning, multimedia resources, online collaboration and interactive learning platforms. They also discuss the problems of digital learning, such as differences in technology, diversions, and lack of face-to-face contact between students and professors. The research demonstrates that the effective use of digital technology may have a significant positive influence on students’ academic success, motivation and involvement.

The rapid integration of digital technologies into higher education has transformed the learning environment, making digital tools and online learning platforms essential components of academic engagement. This study aims to explore the use of digital tools and online learning platforms among higher education students and examine their role in supporting academic activities. The study employs a convenience sampling technique to select respondents from various higher education institutions. The findings reveal that students extensively utilize a wide range of digital tools and online learning platforms for academic communication, content access, assignment submission, collaborative learning, and examination preparation. The study further indicates that the increasing reliance on digital technologies has enhanced students' accessibility to educational resources, learning flexibility, and overall academic engagement.

This paper seeks to investigate the use of digital learning technologies in fostering interactive learning among education postgraduate students and in-service teachers at Ajman University, UAE. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected through a survey of 156 participants who were enrolled in the postgraduate diploma in education at Ajman University for the year 2025/2026. The findings suggest that participants reported high levels of digital learning technologies incorporation in learning and generally perceived them as having a positive effect on their learning experiences in the area of interactive learning. Most participants showed interest in reading and writing assignments on electronic devices and used interactive learning technologies, as well as audios and visuals. Participants also reported a perceived positive influence of digital learning technologies on interaction, motivation, and concentration and engagement in the process of learning. However, a number of challenges were identified, including technological, administrative, and instructional barriers that may affect the use of digital learning technologies negatively. The study contributes both theoretically and practically to the growing conversation around educational innovation, offering grounded recommendations for institutions seeking to integrate digital learning technologies more effectively into higher education learning environments.

Digital learning media has a positive impact on elementary school students' learning motivation by increasing attention, active engagement, self-confidence, and creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, however, its effectiveness still depends on the limitations of technological infrastructure, teachers' digital readiness and skills, and the risk of dependency and overstimulation in students.

The integration of digital technologies has transformed instructional practices in secondary education. Online learning platforms provide interactive environments that support lesson delivery, collaborative learning, and digital assessment. This study examined the extent of online learning platform integration and its influence on the academic achievement of Grade 10 students in English. A descriptive–correlational research design was employed involving 347 students from selected public secondary schools in the Schools Division of Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. Data were collected using a researcher-developed questionnaire measuring instructional use, learning activities, and assessment and feedback, while students’ academic achievement was obtained from official school records. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results revealed that online learning platforms were highly integrated in English instruction (M = 3.77). A moderate positive relationship was found between platform integration and academic achievement (r = 0.46, p < .05). Regression analysis showed that instructional use, learning activities, and assessment and feedback significantly predicted academic achievement, with learning activities emerging as the strongest predictor. The findings suggest that effective integration of online learning platforms can enhance students’ academic performance in English.
