Abstract

As the core platform for cultivating practical technical talents, vocational colleges need to strengthen the collaborative integration of ideological and political education and professional skill training to implement the concept of all-round education. Based on the talent-cultivation goals of vocational colleges, this paper first clarifies the necessity of such collaboration and analyzes the practical problems existing in current teaching. A collaborative mechanism is then constructed from four dimensions: goals, content, teaching staff, and platforms. To verify its effectiveness, a practical case from a textile major in a vocational college is analyzed, and the collaborative education effect is evaluated through questionnaires, skill assessments, and enterprise evaluations. The results show that the proposed mechanism significantly improves students’ professional literacy and professional competence. The excellent rate in ideological and political education assessment increases by 23.5%, and the award-winning rate in skill competitions rises by 18.2%. Supplementary analyses of baseline data and external variables further support the validity of the findings. The study defines comprehensive capability as the integration of technical proficiency, professional ethics, teamwork, and innovation awareness, with ideological and political education functioning as value-guided support for skill development.

Innovative Research on the Practical Mode of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Student Employment Guidance in Universities in the New Era

In the new era, high-quality employment is an important lever for talent cultivation, social stability, and national strategic development. Ideological and political education and student employment guidance share educational goals, complementary content, and interconnected carriers, making their deep integration both necessary and feasible. This study analyzes current problems in universities, including superficial integration, fragmented content, separated teaching teams, single practical models, and formalized evaluation. Based on surveys, interviews, case analysis, and interdisciplinary theory, it constructs an integrated employment-education framework that combines value guidance, career planning, professional ethics, psychological support, and practical job-search ability. The proposed model promotes collaboration among ideological teachers, counselors, employment mentors, professional teachers, and enterprise mentors. The study provides practical pathways for correcting utilitarian employment cognition, improving career resilience, and serving regional and national talent strategies. It also supports platform-based collaborative governance and data-driven assessment in university employment-guidance systems.

Research on the Practical Paths of Deep Integration of Ideological and Political Elements into College Art Education under the Background of "Simultaneous Promotion of Five Educations"

The educational concept of “Simultaneous Promotion of Five Educations” provides a new direction for the reform of college art education. Its core lies in organically integrating moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education into the whole process of art teaching and forming a collaborative education mechanism. This study constructs an art education system integrated with ideological and political elements and evaluates the effects of integration practice in 12 colleges and universities using empirical analysis. The results show that the deep integration of ideological and political elements with art education significantly improves students’ comprehensive literacy. Value recognition increases by 37.6%, innovation ability improves by 42.3%, and social responsibility strengthens by 35.8%. The integration practice should be promoted collaboratively from the dimensions of curriculum system reconstruction, teaching method innovation, and evaluation mechanism optimization. Practical verification in applied fields such as textile art design confirms the effectiveness of the model. The study provides a feasible path for reforming college art education in the new era and supports coordinated cultivation of artistic competence, cultural confidence, practical ability, and social responsibility.

Research on Innovative Implementation Pathways of Ideological and Political Education in Junior Colleges under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

With the rapid expansion of industry-education integration in vocational education, ideological and political education in junior colleges must move beyond single-channel classroom delivery and become embedded in school-enterprise collaborative training systems. This study uses questionnaires, interviews, and structural equation modeling to examine the current status and innovation pathways of ideological education in junior colleges under industry-education integration. The results show that current practice is limited by weak practical relevance, insufficient student engagement, and incomplete institutional mechanisms. The depth of school-enterprise collaboration and the degree of enterprise culture penetration are found to be the strongest drivers of improved educational outcomes. Three implementation models are identified: curriculum-based ideological education integrated with workplace practice, dual-mentor collaborative instruction, and enterprise-context immersive education. These models outperform conventional approaches and provide empirical references for systematic educational innovation. The study also highlights the need for digital platforms and data-supported evaluation in collaborative vocational education systems.

Research on Innovation and Efficiency of Practice Mode of Ideological and Political Education for College Students from the Perspective of Collaborative Education

Under the requirements of moral education and the comprehensive reform of “three-pronged education”, collaborative education has become a central path for improving the pertinence, effectiveness, and attractiveness of ideological and political education for college students. Current practice still faces insufficient subject coordination, fragmented fields, scattered resources, unsmooth mechanisms, solidified practice models, and difficulty in quantitative evaluation. Based on system theory, synergy theory, and ideological and political education theory, this study reconstructs the logic of practice-oriented ideological and political education with full participation, whole-process integration, full coverage, and all-element collaboration. It analyzes the collaborative mechanisms among universities, governments, enterprises, communities, and families, and proposes a five-in-one practice model covering classroom teaching, campus culture, social practice, cyberspace, and community-family participation. A multidimensional evaluation system is further built to measure ideological guidance, value shaping, practical development, growth progress, and collaborative support. The model can be extended to wireless-networked education platforms and electromagnetic-compatible digital interaction spaces used in smart campuses.

A Study on the Integration of Ideological and Political Education into Chinese History Curriculum and the Collaborative Education Model of Industry-Education Integration

Current Chinese history education faces problems including weak connection between ideological and political education and professional teaching, insufficient integration of theory and practice, and limited development of students’ comprehensive qualities. This paper constructs a three-in-one collaborative education framework that organically integrates ideological and political education in courses with industry-education integration. The Delphi method is used to establish the educational goal system, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to build a three-level evaluation model covering ideological-political, professional, and practical dimensions, with weights of 0.35, 0.38, and 0.27, respectively. A two-year teaching experiment involving 240 students from 12 universities is conducted using a three-stage teaching model of ideological-political guidance, professional deepening, and practical transformation. A university-enterprise collaborative platform is also established, and 24 industry training projects are developed. Results show that the experimental group improves by 43.8% in cultural confidence perception, 41.0% in historical material interpretation ability, 49.3% in innovative output, and from 0.58 to 0.89 in professional skills mastery, verifying the model’s effectiveness.

Research on the Development of High-Quality Teachers for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in the New Era

Ideological and Political Theory (IPT) courses stand as the core curriculum to fulfill the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education, and a high-quality cohort of IPT teachers serves as the foundational backbone for delivering effective IPT teaching and cultivating young talents tasked with national rejuvenation. Since the launch of the New Era, the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Chinese government have placed unprecedented emphasis on the development of IPT teaching teams and released a suite of policy documents to orient team building. However, the construction of such teaching teams is still plagued by practical challenges: inadequate coordinated improvement of teachers’ political literacy and professional capabilities, fragmented integrated development across primary, secondary and tertiary education, and defective teacher training and cultivation mechanisms. Against the backdrop of advancing China’s strategy of building a powerful nation through education, this study draws on existing academic literature and questionnaire survey data, employing literature analysis and systematic analysis as core research methods. It elaborates on the intrinsic connotations and value implications of constructing high-quality IPT teaching teams in the New Era, identifies prominent bottlenecks obstructing team development, and puts forward targeted optimization strategies from four dimensions: political guidance, comprehensive competency upgrading, cross-stage integrated development, and institutional system improvement. This research intends to facilitate high-quality development of IPT teachers and furnish robust talent support for nurturing young generations who can shoulder the historic mission of rejuvenating the Chinese nation.
