Sistem Informasi Operasional Teller Berbasis Web Untuk Monitoring Dan Pelaporan Real Time KSP Kopdit Bahtera

Abstract

KSP Kopdit Bahtera is a cooperative whose operational activities involve Tellers in managing financial transactions, including savings, loans, and member installment payments. The identified problem is that transaction recording and report preparation are still carried out manually or semi-computerized using Microsoft Excel, which may lead to recording errors, insufficient data integration, lengthy data recapitulation processes, and delays in providing information to the Manager for monitoring and decision-making. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Teller Operational Activity Information System to support real-time monitoring and transaction reporting at KSP Kopdit Bahtera. This study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, consisting of the Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment stages. The analysis technique involved identifying and analyzing the existing system and analyzing the requirements of the proposed system, followed by system design using Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), database design, and interface design. The system was tested using Black Box Testing to ensure that each function operated according to user requirements. The results show that the developed web-based system is capable of integrating the management of member, savings, loan, and installment data into a centralized database, accelerating report preparation, and providing transaction information that can be monitored by the Manager in real time. The system can improve Teller operational efficiency and support the cooperative management's decision-making process.
