Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Anggota Baru Berbasis Web (E-Recruitment) Pada Koperasi Bahtera Ende

Abstract

Bahtera Ende Cooperative still conducts the new member registration process manually, resulting in several problems such as time-consuming registration procedures, a high risk of data recording errors, and difficulties in managing and storing member data. This study aims to design a Web-Based New Member Registration Information System (E-Recruitment) to facilitate the registration, verification, and management of member data more effectively and efficiently. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of the requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The application was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. The system design was created using Draw.io, while the application development was carried out using Visual Studio Code. The results of this study indicate that the proposed information system simplifies the online registration process for prospective members, assists administrators in managing registration data, and enables managers to verify and approve new member applications efficiently. Furthermore, the system improves data management efficiency, accelerates registration services, and minimizes data recording errors commonly found in the previous manual system.
