Practical tools for the digital transformation of industrial construction: efficiency, assessment and contribution to economic sovereignty
Abstract
Under the conditions of technological constraints and the need to ensure economics sovereignty, the digital transformation of industrial construction is acquiring strategic importance. The aim of the work is to analyze practical digitalization tools and assess their impact on the efficiency of construction production and technological independence. Based on the systematization of modern scientific sources and practical cases, three interrelated areas are considered: information modeling technologies (TIM/BIM) as a semantic core, digital twins and the Internet of Things (IoT) for operational management, and construction robotics as an executive link. Their integration into a single closed-loop control system, ensuring an end-to-end data flow, is demonstrated. A digital maturity assessment model adapted for construction enterprises is proposed, including five key domains and quantitative gap metrics. The contribution of digital technologies to strengthening economic sovereignty through reducing import dependence, developing internal competencies, and increasing competitiveness is substantiated.
