Plataformas digitales y aprendizaje escolar
Abstract
The integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) into the educational field has led to significant transformations in teaching and learning processes. However, the use of digital platforms in primary education remains partial and unsystematic due to factors such as insufficient teacher training, limited feedback through digital media, and the technological conditions of both the school and family environments. In response to this situation, the main objective of this study was to develop a proposal for implementing the use of digital platforms as a support resource to reinforce learning among fourth-grade students at a primary school located in Toluca, State of Mexico. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, with a descriptive scope and a non-experimental research design. The study involved a population of 128 students and a sample of 97 participants, who completed a structured questionnaire for data collection. The findings revealed a partial use of digital platforms, a positive attitude among students toward these technological tools, and opportunities for improvement in digital feedback practices and teachers' digital competencies. Based on these findings, intervention proposals were designed to strengthen the teaching learning process.
