Abstract

This study aims to determine the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets on stock prices, and to examine the role of company size as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, 13 companies were selected. The analytical methods used were panel data regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA) using Eviews-14 software. Based on the t-test results, it shows that the current ratio and return on assets have no effect on stock prices, while the debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on stock prices. The MRA test results indicate that company size is unable to moderate the influence of the current ratio and return on assets on stock prices, but company size is proven to be able to moderate or strengthen the influence of the debt to equity ratio on stock prices.
