Abstract

The article addresses the problem of the gap between the high technological potential of intelligent assistants and the organizational and managerial unreadiness of the conservative industrial environment for their implementation. The research aims to conduct a comparative analysis of AI technologies application at industrial enterprises in Russia and Western countries (EU, USA). Methods of statistical and comparative analysis, benchmarking, and generalization of secondary data are applied. The study identifies fundamental differences: the Western model relies on cloud solutions and operational expenditures (OPEX), causing "shadow AI" risks, while the Russian model focuses on isolated on-premise deployments, technological sovereignty, and high capital expenditures (CAPEX). The author concludes that maximizing economic effects requires a systemic transition from chaotic pilot projects to the development of a comprehensive organizational and economic mechanism for AI agents integration.
