Abstract

In the context of the digital transformation of the modern state, considerable attention is paid to the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) systems in public administration. An effective assessment of the economic impact of such implementations is crucial for justifying investments, increasing transparency of processes and improving the quality of public services. This paper is devoted to the development of a comprehensive methodology for assessing the economic impact of the introduction of AI systems in public administration. In the course of the study, modern assessment methods were analyzed, key performance indicators were identified, and principles for integrating analytical tools were proposed. Special attention is paid to the issues of qualitative and quantitative assessment, as well as problems related to the lack of data and the measurement of intangible benefits. The developed methodology is designed to improve the accuracy and objectivity of assessing the effects of AI implementation, as well as to promote the formation of effective government policy in the field of digital transformation. The conducted research serves as the basis for further methodological and practical developments in the field of evaluating the effectiveness of innovative technologies in public administration.
