Inclusive Curriculum Management in Early Childhood Education to Realize Welcoming and Meaningful Learning
Abstract
Early childhood education (PAUD) provides strategic services in improving the quality of child development. The implementation of inclusive curriculum management is one effort to realize fair, friendly, and meaningful learning for all students without discrimination. This article will present the concept, implementation, and objectives of inclusive education for early childhood to make learning more meaningful. This research uses a literature study method, data obtained through a review of various scientific sources, including books, national and international journal articles, and policy documents related to inclusive education and PAUD curriculum. The results of the study indicate that inclusive curriculum management includes four main functions: planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating a curriculum that is flexibly designed according to the characteristics of students. To realize the implementation of inclusive education, it is supported by assessment, differentiated learning planning, and teacher resources. The implementation of inclusive curriculum management can increase children's participation in the learning process, optimize the development of all aspects of child development, and create a learning environment that respects diversity.
