Abstract
This research is motivated by the millennial generation as the dominant workforce in driving innovation. Furthermore, difficulties remain in the integration of digital transformation, unclear definitions of the role of digital leadership, and the unpreparedness of innovation capability. This research aims to investigate the influence of Digital Transformation (DT), Digital Leadership (DL), and Innovation Capability (IC) on Innovation Performance (IP). This research utilized a quantitative approach. The main method of data collection used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to 385 millennial employees in Jakarta. The variables were measured using the Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0. This research finding indicates that digital transformation, digital leadership, and innovation capability have a positive and significant influence on innovation performance. This study shows that technologies, leadership, and capabilities play a crucial role in company innovation performance. This research contributes to existing literature by presenting empirical evidence on how DT, DL, and IC affect the IP of millennial employees in Jakarta.
