Formation of the System-Network Transport and Logistics System of the Region

Abstract

Subject. The subject of the research is the organizational and economic relations and mechanisms that arise during the design and development of the transport and logistics infrastructure of the region. Goal. The purpose of the work is to substantiate a methodological approach to the formation of a sustainable logistics system based on the network integration of infrastructure nodes and digital solutions. A method or methodology. The methodological basis of the research includes system and network analysis, methods of comparative analysis, elements of the cluster approach and the provisions of the theory of regional development. The results of the work. An analysis of modern Russian and foreign studies shows that regions using network logistics management models achieve higher operational efficiency and resilience to external shocks. Conclusions. The article identifies key areas of network logistics development: creation of logistics services, digitalization of transport processes, coordination of logistics infrastructure participants. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the results obtained in the development of spatial development strategies, regional transport policy and programs for the creation of logistics clusters.
