Abstract
Corruption is a criminal act that severely harms state finances or the economy and hinders national development. Therefore, it must be eradicated in order to realize a prosperous society. Eradication is carried out through law enforcement against perpetrators, both individuals and legal entities or corporations, which must be carried out properly and without discrimination. This law enforcement includes the formulation, application, and execution stages. This research is normative juridical, descriptive in nature, and uses secondary data (primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials). The discussion uncovered weaknesses in the legal substance, legal structure, legal culture, and procedural law. The results of the study indicate the need for improvements in the legal substance, legal structure, legal culture, and procedural law.
