Adaptasi Work-Related Flow Inventory (WOLF): Uji Confirmatory Factor Analysis pada Karyawan Perusahaan
Abstract
The Work-Related Flow Inventory (WOLF) is a widely used instrument for measuring flow at work; however, no Indonesian version has been available. This study aimed to adapt the WOLF into Indonesian and examine its construct validity and reliability among company employees. The adaptation followed cross-cultural procedures, and data from 260 employees were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Content validity results showed that all items were valid (Aiken's V = 0.89–1.00). However, the original three-factor model demonstrated poor model fit and failed to meet discriminant validity criteria (HTMT = 0.977). After modification, a two-factor structure with 10 items was obtained, comprising the absorption dimension and a combined dimension of work enjoyment and intrinsic work motivation. The final model demonstrated adequate fit and good reliability (CR and α > 0.70). These findings indicate that the Indonesian version of the WOLF is valid and reliable, with a two-factor structure that better suits the Indonesian cultural context.
