Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model utilizing Literacy Tree (Pohon Literasi) learning media to improve learning outcomes among elementary school students. This research addresses challenges in traditional instructional approaches that ofaten lead to low student engagement and optimal academic performance. By integrating the collaborative, hands-on nature of PjBL with the visual and interactive qualities of the Literacy Tree media, students are actively engaged in project creation that reinforces reading comprehension and critical thinking skills. The findings indicate a significant improvement in both student engagement and academic achievement, demonstrating that the combination of PjBL and Literacy Tree media serves as an effective pedagogical strategy to enhance learning outcomes in elementary education.
