Abstract

– In the era of 5G telecommunication networks, securing bandwidth-sensitive environments against emerging quantum cryptanalytic threats, such as Shor’s algorithm, stands as a critical challenge. The classic public-key cryptosystems have huge key sizes and are unable to adapt to variations in traffic volume in real-time. This paper presents an Intelligent Post-Quantum Cryptographic Framework (AQ-McEliece) to overcome these problems. The framework introduces a layer of evolutionary metaheuristic known as Certainty Weighted Uniform Crossover with Adaptive Constraint Guided Mutation (CWUC-ACGM) that dynamically optimizes the parameters of Goppa code (n, k, t), thus optimizing the public key size with a significant reduction within the security boundaries. The real-time network telemetry threat assessment is performed through a Cerebra-Wave network named Certainty Threshold Weighted Networks (CTWG) and adaptive cryptographic parameter scaling is handled by a Weighted Adaptive Decisiveness Factor (WADF) Fuzzy Sense logic controller. The proposed scheme is presented using MATLAB simulations with the NIST Random Beacon set, which is demonstrated to transform 5G from a static to a scalable, fast and highly adaptive post-quantum security paradigm, which fully eliminates the threat of Shor's algorithm and enhances network throughput
