Ethical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process
Abstract
This article examines the ethical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process, with an emphasis on systematizing key ethical issues and identifying theoretical foundations for their understanding in the context of pedagogical practice. The relevance of the research is due to the fundamental contradiction between the rapid penetration of generative neural networks and intelligent systems into education and the lack of development of regulatory and ethical grounds for their use, which, as empirical research shows, poses risks to academic integrity, data confidentiality and professional identity of teachers. Unlike the works focused on the technological aspects of AI application or on the development of individual ethical codes, the present study focuses on the conceptual understanding of ethical challenges arising at the intersection of technological capabilities, pedagogical values and institutional conditions. The methodological basis of the research is an analysis of current theoretical and empirical work in the field of AI ethics and pedagogical ethics, including systematic reviews on the teaching of AI ethics in higher education, as well as research on the development of an ethical framework for the use of generative AI in education.
