EFFECTIVENESS OF INTEGRATED PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS AND ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF BACTERIOCIN-PRODUCING STRAINS AGAINST PHYTOPATHOGENS OF GRAIN CROPS
Abstract
The paper considers the potential of Bacillus strains as the basis for biological preparations against phytopathogens of grain crops. As a result, an analysis of the biological efficiency and profitability of two integrated protection systems was carried out, in addition to chemical pesticides, a total of seven biological products were used: microbiological fungicide based on a live culture of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens KC–2 (VKPMV–11141) BFTIM KC– 2, Zh, as well as six agrochemicals: microbiological fertilizer Bska–3, organomineral fertilizers based on humic acids – Humate +7 and Gumel-Lux (liquid concentrate), Helios liquid organic fertilizers of three brands: Silicon, Super and Trio.It was found that the strains B. amyloliquefaciens 01-1 and Bacillus sp. 12501 exhibit pronounced antifungal activity against fungi of the genus Fusarium, while their effect on bacterial pathogens is limited. The revealed specificity of the action makes it possible to selectively suppress pathogens without disrupting the beneficial microbiota and minimize the environmental impact. The results obtained confirm the prospects of using antagonistic bacteria and their metabolites to develop environmentally friendly plant protection biologics, which corresponds to the principles of organic farming and reduces the need for chemical fungicides.
