Abstract

The research adopts an integrative literature review and conceptual analysis approach. International studies on AI-supported education are synthesized alongside principles of educational psychology, particularly Bloom’s 3H framework (Head, Heart, Hand), to construct a context-sensitive model suitable for Indian primary education. Rather than relying on statistical datasets, the study employs logical reasoning, psychological theory, global educational trends, and expert judgment to assess the feasibility, educational relevance, and potential impact of the proposed device. Conceptual findings indicate that such hybrid learning systems can strengthen cognitive development, analytical thinking, learner engagement, and problem-solving abilities at the foundational stage. Beyond educational outcomes, the model highlights two significant socio-economic implications: the possibility of employment generation through local manufacturing and device assembly, and the enhancement of regional digital literacy contributing to a future-ready workforce. The study concludes that low-cost AI-enabled hybrid learning devices have the potential to reduce digital inequality while simultaneously supporting regional economic development. The proposed framework offers practical insights for educators and policymakers seeking scalable, inclusive, and cost-effective technology-driven solutions for strengthening primary education.
