Cardiometabolic phenotypes in arterial hypertension: associations with ACE, AGTR1, and NOS3 polymorphisms

Abstract

To study the associations of the polymorphic variants rs4646994 of the ACE gene, rs5186 of the AGTR1 gene, and rs1799983 of the NOS3 gene with anthropometric and bodycomposition obesity phenotypes, vascular stiffness, the triglyceride-glucose index (TyG) and lipid accumulation product (LAP) in Caucasian patients with arterial hypertension (AH).
