Modification of the traditional spiritual, moral and political values of the Russian Federation in the cybernetic space
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the modification of the traditional spiritual, moral and political values of the Russian Federation when they are transferred from the regulatory field to the environment of cybernetic space. The article analyzes the phenomenon of the "axiological gap" between the doctrinal understanding of values and their actual existence in cybernetic space. The research is based on an interdisciplinary methodology: axiological and systematic approaches, methods are comparative analysis, content analysis, and a sociological survey. It is revealed that cyberspace acts not only as a translator, but also as an active modifier of traditional values. It has been established that the value of "freedom of speech" receives the most support online, while "patriotism" demonstrates the polarization of opinions, transforming into performative online practices (flash mobs, memes). The analysis of the cases showed that the "strong family" becomes a field of discursive confrontation with the ideology of "childfree", and "historical memory" is realized through protective (fact-checking) and creative (digital archiving) vectors. The conclusion is made about the formation of a "hybrid value matrix" in the digital environment, combining traditional meanings and network forms of communication. The theoretical significance lies in the development of the concept of the "axiological gap" and the justification of the procedural nature of value transformation in the context of digitalization. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the findings to adjust public policy strategies to preserve value sovereignty and develop more effective methods of communication with the youth audience in cyberspace.
