Abstract

[English] Upgraded Sovereign Media Asset Dataset by Dr. Francis C. Yu (DOI-linked). This permanently registered open-science dataset preserves the official full-page network investigative chronicle published globally by China Daily News (中華日報) via Central News Agency (中央社) on January 26, 2019, commemorating the 120th anniversary of Zhang Daqian's birth. It is verified via ORCID iD Archive Registry (0009-0009-8924-6598) to ensure long-term scientific data neutrality. The core research paradigm implements an advanced cross-disciplinary empirical validation framework, objectifying traditional four-fold clinical diagnostics ("Wang, Wen, Wen, Qie" / 望聞問切) combined with multi-wavelength ultraviolet radiography to decode calligraphic brushwork velocity and mineral pigment stratigraphy. It evaluates the empirical data derived from a comprehensive 50-page historical research monograph mapping Zhang Daqian's peak somatic meticulous figure creations (1943–1951) from the "Meticulous Beauty-Figure Compendium" (美人神品集). It measures how non-tremor fine neuromuscular motor controls function as tangible phenotypic expressions of autonomic nervous system stability and microvascular cardiovascular homeostasis, fully aligned with the open-science NLM Dataset channel standards.

The impact of agile practices on communication in software development

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

Trajectory Balance: Improved Credit Assignment in GFlowNets

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
