Abstract

Digital transformation requires educational institutions to have responsive, innovative, and sustainable governance, but organizational adaptability is still influenced by leadership quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on the formation of adaptive education management in the digital era. The study used an explanatory quantitative approach through a survey of 180 principals and teachers selected by proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the adaptability of education management, especially through strengthening digital vision, human resource empowerment, innovation, and collaboration. These findings confirm that strengthening transformational leadership is an important strategy to increase the resilience, flexibility, and effectiveness of education management in the midst of technological change.
