Abstract

The rapid advancements made in the field of Information and Communication Technology have led to changes in modern healthcare through intelligent decision making, security of the data and improvement of accessibility in healthcare. However, the usage of digital healthcare systems has led to some issues in terms of privacy, security, interoperability and resiliency against the quantum computing attacks. In this context, this paper suggests an Adaptive Hybrid Intelligence Framework for Quantum Resistant Blockchain Enabled Healthcare System by using XGBoost, Federated Learning (FedAvg), SHAP based Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), Hyperledger Fabric, CRYSTALS-Kyber, CRYSTALS-Dilithium and HL7 FHIR to create a secure, privacy preserving and interoperable healthcare system. ISHCD which includes 12,000 records taken from five healthcare centers anonymously allowed collaborative disease prediction without leaking personal data of the patients. The proposed framework used the decentralized learning, XAI, blockchain trust management and the post quantum cryptography to achieve better security, explainability and interoperability for the next generation of healthcare systems. 98.864% of accuracy was achieved with 99.2% of ROC-AUC while the consensus time was decreased to 24.837 ms in the experiments which proved secure, efficient, explainable and quantum resistant healthcare services.
