Security Risk Assessment of New Power Systems Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
Abstract
With the rapid development of renewabledominated new power systems, security risks have become increasingly diverse and complex. To address this issue, a threelevel security risk indicator system is established from four perspectives: system structure, equipment operation, operational management, and cyber-physical integration. The Moody Sequence Diagram Method-Analytic Hierarchy Process (MSDM-AHP) is employed to determine indicator weights with reduced comparison complexity, while Tree-Nearest-Neighbor Graph Embedding (TNNGE) is introduced to optimize the highdimensional indicator space through dimensionality reduction. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed framework effectively characterizes multi-dimensional security risks, improves the efficiency of indicator weighting, and preserves key risk information with reduced computational complexity.
