Research and design of a new type of anchor thread rolling machine based on YOLO model

Abstract

At present, China is vigorously implementing the strategy of building a strong manufacturing country and promoting new industrialization. The 14th Five-Year Plan clearly proposes to promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of the manufacturing industry, and takes high-end equipment manufacturing and artificial intelligence applications as key areas for fostering strategic emerging industries. Threaded parts are among the most commonly used components in the machinery manufacturing industry. As core elements in the field of mechanical manufacturing, their processing efficiency and quality directly affect the overall level of the industrial chain. The new anchor thread rolling machine based on the YOLO model developed in this project closely follows the national strategic deployment of "intelligent transformation, digital upgrading and network connection" and the policy orientation of green mine construction. By integrating artificial intelligence visual inspection and intelligent processing technology, it solves the technical shortcomings of traditional equipment, which is a concrete practice to implement the policy of high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
